I am currently renting a beautiful home at Rowan close. My housemate needs to move out around November 20th but we are flexible. Location is very peaceful and a bus stop is close by which takes you straight into Brighton. We have shared use of living room, conservatory and garden. I am yet to fully furnish the place aside from a sofa and TV so there is plenty of space to bring your own.
