The rent includes all utility bills (Gas, Electric, Water) and Council Tax which are all paid by the landlord.
We have superfast fibre optic broadband internet, with wifi coverage throughout the property.

By Car: Easy access to A23 and A27. Free parking.
By Bus: Bus station is 1 min walk away and goes direct to Brighton train station or Portslade town centre.
