I have a three bedroom house in Portslade, Brighton which is well maintained with central heating, double glazing, garden and a large kitchen. I'm a professional so mostly working, but get time for socialising and meals out, comedy etc

The kitchen has laundry facilities and the use of usual cooking facilities, gas hob, new elec oven, microwave etc as well.

I also have a patio which is great in the summer and a large kitchen dinner. It’s close to the bus stops and a train station which will carry you into central Brighton and Hove in 10 minutes. We have gyms and the beach nearby and an award winning pub three minutes away and a host of food outlets nearby as well.

Rent includes water, gas, electric, superfast Virgin 100mb broadband. Council tax would need paying where non student is looking to rent.

There's free parking, as this is not a residents parking area.
