I am looking for a flatmate to share this 2 bedroom flat.
I am 34 years old female, working full time, I am clean, tidy and respectful so I am looking for someone similar.
The flat is about 5 minutes walk from Preston Park station.
The room is big and bright and it is partly furnished. with a mattress, wardrobe and a desk if you need.
The rent is £515 a month + bills which is usually about £650 all together maximum!
This is through an agency so they will ask for references, a credit check and £594,23 deposit.
