Absolutely open to discuss flexible options regarding lengths of stay etc, however am only looking for a Mon-Fri let to begin with, but for the right person will consider a full term let. You will be living with the landlady (me!) I am relaxed, considerate person and have a quiet lifestyle, however am up early on some mornings for work. The building is really quiet and this is a top floor flat so no-one above you.
