Bright, airy, free parking, near Preston Park.

Looking for a lodger for the larger of two bedrooms in a bright and airy flat. The room is available furnished, for a professional or a mature student. There is a large built-in wardrobe, table, chair etc and either 2 single beds or a double (single occupancy only though!).

rest of the flat consists of a good-sized sitting/dining room with plenty of seating/eating space, a very small kitchen with washing machine and fridge-freezer, and a bathroom with electric shower over the bath. The flat is on the second floor with no lift so I'm afraid it isn't suitable for anyone with access issues.

There is allocated parking under the building, and a secure bike storage unit. It's 15-20 minutes to central Brighton by bus, and Preston Park station is less than 10 minutes by foot.

Wifi and water rates are included. Electricity would be shared (Economy 7).

I teach, and I'm usually out during the day but I sometimes work from home afternoons/evenings. The other resident is a very playful, fluffy moggy. :-)
