Looking for a student or professional who loves kids to share our family home in sunny Brighton - a terraced town house close to Preston Park and the station. We're a family of three - myself, my 10 year old daughter and 8 year old son.

Your room is freshly decorated and furnished with a single bed, bedside table, desk and chair. There is plenty of shelving for storage and a rail for hanging clothes.

We're a lively household. The children love to sing and play music and have their own rooms - one of which is next to your room. We gather in the open plan living space downstairs for meals, to play games, watch TV etc. There's a second bathroom (shower and bath) downstairs and we love our garden, which is at the back of the house off the living room/diner/kitchen.

When not in lockdown, we're up and at it early most mornings (6-7am) before school or other activities/work and back for family meals around 5:30pm with the kids in bed by around 8-9pm. At weekends in the summer we're out a lot in the outdoors or visiting friends and family. In the winter months we love to chill by the log burner and bake! In the current lockdown, we’re at home for a good chunk of the day, and take the opportunity to go out and exercise as much as we can.

We'd love to share our home with someone who is sociable and fun, but also respectful of quiet times and privacy. Very happy to answer any questions you may have and meet initially to be sure the chemistry is right. We're really excited to meet you!
