It would suit a quiet, tidy professional, postgraduate or placement student, or someone looking for a calm base during the week. A female lodger is preferred, as this is an owner-occupied home with shared bathroom and kitchen facilities. The room is available on a normal seven-day monthly basis. I may also consider a Monday–Friday arrangement for the right professional; please message me to discuss this.

I am looking for someone clean, considerate and independent, who is comfortable with a dog and happy to keep shared areas tidy. Kitchen use is for light cooking, and I would ask that washing up and cleaning are done straight after use.
