I have a lovely furnished double room for single occupancy available in my grade II listed cottage in the pretty village of Robertsbridge. I live alone with my black labrador but I am also about to become a father and in a few months my daughter will be coming to stay so you will need to be happy with a baby in the house from time to time.
The kitchen and bathroom are shared and the house has WiFi / broadband. The house is on the high street so parking is not guaranteed outside the door but normally pretty close.
I'm looking for a lodger who is considerate and tidy. You will need to be fully employed and able to provide references.
