The house is a bungalow with the spare room located on the first floor, meaning the entire first floor is separate from the living area, creating a quiet, calm space that will be your own.
We are friendly and welcoming, we've hosted foreign students and have had longer-term lodgers - but we prefer a longer term option as we love getting to know our housemates and welcoming them into our family.
Our most recent tenant stayed nearly 2 years.
The house is short walking distance to local amenities in the village, the beach and bus stops into town. There is free parking outside the house
