The owner is living in a separate studio flat that is part of the property yet is completely separate with it's own entrance meaning you have the flat to yourself.
The flat is fully furnished and includes a large bedroom with king size bed and plenty of wardrobe space, a large living room/diner, newly installed bathroom, washing machine and fully fitted kitchen.
The building in which the flat is situated has lots of character and was once a famous hotel. There are shared gardens and free on street parking.
The village of Rottingdean is very charming. It has lots of pubs and restaurants, plenty of shops and easy access to Brighton..
