Saltdean - lge dbl room all facilities inc Sky

I have a really great large double room for let within a 3 bedroomed detached bungalow in Saltdean. It includes a king size bed; memory foam mattress, built in dbl wardrobe., chest of drawers; desk and chair etc. It also includes a 42" smart tv with sky Q (inc sky box sets). In addition there is unlimited wifi at no extra cost.

In the main house I offer a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, dishwasher, built in fridge/freezer, top and bottom ovens; microwave and 5 burner hob. There is plenty of workspace and cupboard storage. In addition I supply a full array of utensils and equipment.

As well as a large size garage offering some storage, I have a 6ft upright freezer with space for use.. Lastly, there is a high quality tumble dryer for use by all.. Over and above, there is constant hot water and central heating as required.

Lastly, the bungalow has both on and off street parking availailable. In addition there are excellent public transport links to Brighton and Eastbourne etc within a few minutes walk.

I share my home with one other tenant and my beautiful Alsatian girl who is between 5 and 6. I would be prepared to entertain the notion of a pet as long as they get on together..

I am the owner of this property and therefore you would be sharing my home with one other. I make every effort to ensure a friendly and cooperative atmosphere and likewise, I would expect a lodger to be considerate, thoughtful, quiet and respectful of my me/my things. From my point of view I will be fair and reasonable whilst looking to accommodate your needs where possible. I am a smoker and I have a gorgeous Alsation cross girl.

i would consider accepting a pet under mutually agreeable circumstances.

I am flexible as to length of rental agreement subject to appropriate conduct and agreement by both parties.
