Room to let in friendly vegan household in Saltdean. You must agree to be totally vegan or possibly vegetarian (to be discussed) in the house. The room is a garage extension so has a separate entrance and has a double bed, bedroom furniture and its own fridge freezer. The bathroom is shared with one other person but the kitchen is shared by everyone. The house backs on to fields which lead to the South Downs and it is a quiet, peaceful and safe area in which to live. The bus stop into Brighton (number 27) is a minute's walk from the house. Saltdean has a lovely beach which is about ten minutes’ walk away. We consider ourselves very lucky to have the best of both worlds - the calm and peace of living near the countryside and the sea yet we can be in the hustle and bustle of Brighton within a few minutes. You would have to be an animal lover to live here because there are three friendly rescue dogs (one is an Irish Wolfhound who is VERY large!) as well as six rescue cats! The rent is £120 per week for one person or £160 per week for a couple. The rent includes all bills but not council tax (if you are eligible to pay it). If you have any questions, please let me know.
