Looking for a tenant to fill one of two of our newly refurbished bedrooms, available in a spacious 4 bedroom house in Seaford. The location is 2 minute walk from main bus route (Brighton ― Eastbourne) which takes 40 minutes to central Brighton, and is a 10 minute walk to town, 15 minute walk to the beach, 2 minute walk to the local community centre and gym. The rooms are unfurnished at present, but one has ample built-in storage, and the other has plenty of space for storage furniture. We have left it this way in case tenants wish to bring their own bed/furniture to make their room their own - but a double bed can be included upon request. Both rooms have comfortably homed a double bed in the past.

There are two large bathrooms, both with a shower and one with a bath. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need (as well as a utility room with washer and dryer) and there is a large, open-plan living area with a TV and a beautiful Garden. There is also a secondary living space next to the main living room - perfect for relaxing and reading - as well as a large dining room.

You would be living with a professional, 30-year-old couple - a firefighter and an engineer. We're very laid back, welcoming and enjoy socialising. We're also very active and enjoy playing sports, going on hikes/camping trips, travelling, cooking, playing board games, BBQs and have a huge love for animals (albeit we have none of our own, YET).
