The room available is a large double room with a private bathroom situated on the top floor of the house which you will have all to yourself.
Shared kitchen with all in built appliances and dishwasher. Shared living room and allocated private parking.
Couples considered, rent would be adjusted.
Current tenants - male and female, happy to socialise occasionally but also like time on our own. Love takeaways, gym films and comedy. Furry tenants are a year old puppy who’s always excited to see you and a 4 year old dog who loves attention and will spend all day licking you, so a love for dogs would be required! There a 2 children who stay every other week but are in bed by 7/8 o clock.
Small garden with gym equipment you can make use of.
