Bathroom with power shower & bath. Southwick station is less than a 10 min walk that takes 12 mins to reach Brighton with bus stops close by that run through the night. All local amenities within a 5 min walk, restaurants/takeaways, pubs, library, supermarket, bank, doctors & newsagent etc.. .
