House share in Southwick

Furnished double room available in Southwick near the Green, ideal for the train station and buses. There is off street parking available. Access to kitchen, lounge and garden, shared bathroom/ toilet upstairs and a separate loo downstairs - this is a house share I have in mind. There is no bath - but a super large walk in shower. I keep the house fairly warm as I hate the cold. Washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen but no tumble dryer. All pots, pans, crockery, glassware and cutlery are available to use as needed.
The room has a double bed, chest of drawers, 2 built in wardrobes, and a desk and chair. It is in good decorative order, as is the house itself
Bills are included, with good broadband and a weekly cleaner.. I’m not obsessively tidy but in a sharing situation would expect you to be considerate, as will I be.
The garden is a reasonable size, with a patio, small shed and it is not overlooked, the patio is a good sun trap in summer.
I have a small dog who isn’t keen on other animals but once used to you will be very friendly although she is shy until she knows you.
I’m looking for a quiet, professional person to share the house with. I don’t mind company but also appreciate time to myself. I’m not into partying and loud music and often work odd hours so need my house to be a calm refuge and would prefer to share with someone with similar requirements.
I have no objection to smokers but you would have to pop outside
