Bright modern double bedroom

Holiday let short term only 4-6 weeks stay only Furnished double bedroom in a Victorian house in Silverhill . Good amenities / regular bus route into town and to the hospital , surrounded with a variety of eateries . Walking distance to supermarket The room is bright and clean with double bed , wardrobe and drawers. Large double radiator and double glazed with privacy glass.
Room is on the ground floor so it is quiet and not over looked. We share the kitchen , this has usual mod cons. and bathroom has underfloor heating , bath and electric shower.. the rest of the house is bright , modern and we have a cleaner who comes twice a week to clean the communal areas ( included in the rent )
I live there half of the week and work between home and London . the house is over 3 floors so there is plenty privacy . I have 2 dogs and a sphynx cat so you must like animals as they live here too.
Someone trustworthy and respectful to the house and the people in it. As we will be to you . We don’t allow smokers sorry .
All bills are included , Wi-Fi is good and cleaner is paid for . So someone hard working easy going and polite would be great ! Please note due to Covid the lounge is not shared as I use it as an office . We are a multi cultural household and are open to all nationalities These rooms are currently only available on a short term basis ..
