Room available, in shared top floor of large Victorian house, in St. Leonards. Ideal for hospital staff (especially if arriving from abroad), as fully furnished and equipped. The accommodation comprises a large sitting room, separate kitchen, large bathroom with bath and shower attachment and toilet. A double bedroom with shower and toilet is currently occupied by NHS nurse. The available room has central heating, double glazing and wash basin in room. There is a large wardrobe in an adjoining room.
The house is situated 3 min walk to bus stop, going to Conquest. Available parking in the streets nearby, convenience store across the road, within short walking distance of supermarkets and Alexander Park. There is a large garden at the back.
Preference professional female, non-smoking and no pets. All bills included. Broadband etc. House is very quiet and safe. Retired owners live on premises.
We are looking for someone quiet, tidy and respectful of different sleeping routines.
Maximum term is 6 months but renewable.
