I have a very large double sunny room available in a quiet part of St Leonards within easy reach of all local amenities, only 5 minutes walk to kings road, the beach and the rail station, free on street parking is also avaliable, the room is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, storage cupboard, TV, DVD and gas central heating radiator, there is ample room for more furnishings, for example a small sofa or dining table / study table so you would have plenty of free space to store your own personal effects. The kitchen is fully integrated with shaker style units, washing machine, dishwasher gas hob, fan assisted oven and fridge freezer, The monthly rent includes gas, electric, water and Council Tax so you would have no utility bills.
