Flat is a large three bedroom maisonette sharing with two others m Irish /f Japanese. Looking for one flatmate for the third, garden facing room - as pictured. Please ring to arrange a viewing.

Flat is quiet, no smoking / no vaping & self contained & accessed through the main front door of the house. Garden similarly belongs to the flat only. Location is Stockleigh Rd, so five minutes walk to the seafront.

Bedroom comes partially furnished - as required. There is a king size bed, with its wooden base, not pictured & a table / chair. It's a large bedroom & big enough to work from. . There are two toilets in the flat, one bathroom & one separate small shower room.

Large living room, high ceilings. TV, Wi-Fi etc. All kitchen equipment in place. Decent washing machine.

I'm male, an artist with a small online business. Lots of experience sharing & open minded about job / work situations etc. Second flatmate is female, Japanese, works from home. We're not in a relationship, both quiet, friendly & the flat is easy going & welcoming. Prefer female with income.
