The house has a lovely garden with large seating area on decking with lovely evening mood lights plus a covered smokers 'hut' for when it's raining. I smoke, but not indoors.

We have a lovely conservatory which is a great place to get some private space other than the main lounge. The kitchen is quite new, has all the gadgets and of course, the obligatory dishwasher. The kitchen is adjoined by a lovely dining area with large table and chairs.

I am 40 year young professional web designer. I am based from home which is why I seek flatmates that will be out at work during the day. I have a dear old cat. She spends most of her time asleep at home or in the garden.....too old for much else.
