The apartment has been built to a high spec and has all the essentials necessary for you to feel at home.
It consists of a lounge/chill out area with TV, dining area and kitchen work top with kitchen essentials (crockery, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge)
Use of my own kitchen is available if you wish to cook a meal and need to use the oven or hob.
The second room is a large double bedroom with en suite shower room.
This entire space will be your own apartment living area while you lodge and it has it's own side door to access the property. You will also have your own parking space on the drive and use of garden.
It's not far, only 30 minutes to Brighton, Tunbridge wells and Eastbourne if you fancy the beach, sight seeing or some shopping! Just 10 minute walk to Uckfield high street and 5 minute walk to the leisure centre. We live in a very nice part of Uckfield, quiet culdesac.
