My name is Annie and I have a beautiful, light, quiet and relaxing home in the Horsebridge area of Hailsham, East Sussex.

Nestled in a small gated community with great neighbours, close to local shops, the nature filled cuckoo trail, post office and super accessible bus routes to Eastbourne, Brighton & surrounding areas.

What IS cool is that I am offering double room with it's own shower/en-suite and use of the living areas of the house with me and my cat, called Mouse and her kittens. A beautiful and friendly doll-faced Persian with tonnes of personality and makes this house a home with fluffy entertainment and lots of chats. (a lot of backchat...)

I am ideally looking for a housemate not just to share a house with but to get along with and enjoy a home with. I'm self employed and run my own creative business in Brighton and work from home when not out and about with clients, hiking or at the gym.
