One furnished double bedroom available, parking garden seperate bathroom (so only used by the tenant with seperate bath & shower) landlords have their own bathroom, shared front room and kitchen in a little village called Westfield in between Hasting Battle and Rye (another room for odds & ends storage) if you have full time job happy to do your washing when needed no extra charge (if mother & child or two to share we can put two single beds in & negotiate rent)
3 year old dog very lively & loves everyone although very wary of men as rescue pup not sure what happened in her past
if you smoke please not in the bedroom.
landlords are a married couple do not work so are around most of the time
utility bills included, water gas electric, your own fridge freezer all kitchen utensils available as are bedding & towels tv including sky garden
we are both friendly & easy going this is a home not a show home so relaxed considerate & friendly.
