There is also a second WC located on the ground floor.

The shared kitchen is large with a breakfast bar, dishwasher, range cooker, your own fridge, shared freezer, microwave and plenty of your own storage cupboards.
There is a shared utility room with a commercial sized washing machine and tumble dryer.

The house is located in a quiet 'cul de sac' with off road parking, and is a 2 minute walk to Westham train station, which has regular services running direct to London, Brighton, Eastbourne and Hastings

I genuinely want you to enjoy living here. The house is welcoming, spacious and decorated in a modern style so that it is an comfy and relaxing place to live in.
The day room was designed for my two kids (in their early 20's) to enjoy and so that they could have their friends stay over. Both my kids recently moved out after graduating Uni, so this space will be all yours to enjoy.

I am easy going and spend a lot of time either at the gym or playing tennis/squash. I am out most evenings and weekends so you will have the house to yourself for much of the time.
