Room available in family home

Single room in lovely house with big, private garden, looking onto south downs IN WILLINGDON, Eastbourne (so please don't waste my time if that's not a suitable area for you😊).

Single ground floor room with use of downstairs shower room across the hallway.

This is our family home. There's myself, my partner, our 8 year old son and, at times, my older son, a university student who is rarely home.

Must love animals because we have 2 cats, a dog and a rabbit in the livingroom.

Obviously, with an 8 year old in the family, you must also like kids! He's very chatty when he gets to know someone.

We're looking for someone who's reliable and friendly, but also content in their own company. Preferably vegetarian but not a must as I'm actually the only vegetarian here now😂 Definitely a non-smoker.

This is not a house 'share', but a room to let within our family home.

Lots of easy on street parking. Safe area.

Beautiful walks accessible straight from the house.

Must have references.
