The house has two living rooms allowing ample opportunity for privacy. One of the living rooms opens onto a large attractive patio.
The house is a grade 2 listed property and although charming and full of character, needs significant modernisation. The kitchen and bathrooms are perfectly serviceable but would not suit someone who requires these rooms to be modern.
An old cat lives in the house but rarely ventures out from one of the bedrooms.
Many furnishings, carpets, fixtures, and fittings are very tired. If you are comfortable in a shabby but spacious old home, this might suit you.
