I am listing a single room available in my stepdads house in Woodingdean for him.

Room available until 23rd August only

The house is reasonable in size and has enough space to share. The property is located on a quiet road in Woodingdean, Brighton with easy car and bus links to Brighton, Sussex/Brighton Universities and Rottingdean. Within walking distance of local shops, schools and the bus stops to Brighton, and Sussex/Brighton Universities. The A27 and A23 are within easy car reach. (The bus journey to Brighton is approx 20-25 mins).

The house has a large kitchen, separate lounge and off-road (shared drive) and on-road free parking. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and a cooker. There is a large well maintained garden.

The house was a family house however the children (myself included) have since left home. My stepdad is retired and he lives there on his own at present, however a two rooms are available and the double well may become occupied soon.

The room available would be suitable for professionals, retirees or quiet students, this is not a party house. It should be noted it’s in a quiet area and away from town, you will need a to use your own transport or a bus to get to the centre of town.

It’s a simple single room which is being decorated when current tenant leaves this week. There a bed with drawers and wardrobe, drawers and some other storage. It’s not a massive room but fine as long as you are not moving with a kitchen sink to tow!

The weekly rent is £75 includes council tax, electricity, gas, water, TV licence, broadband.
