Great living space. Open plan kicthen, dinning and living but each place designated and seperate. The flat is larger than the average flat in London.

The appeal would be the space, living with one other person, living in this lovely art deco building, the green space around the flat and easy access to central London as well as the Essex/Kent countryside.

Looking for a tidy, clean and laid back professional housemate. Ideally you will be working in the office 60% of the time, but if you are working from home, you will use your bedroom as office space.

Important there is some level of compatibility so meeting prior is important.

I am a teacher, work at a local school with an active social life. Looking for someone that mirrors my sensibilities and happy to hang out once in a while.

Rent includes all bills except heat and electricity, these will be split equally. They can be anything between £100 - £160 approximately in total per month depending on usage.
