Dagenham East station is less that 5 minutes walk up the road and there is a bus stop around a minute from the flat. Very close to all local amenities.

Parking is available with a permit.

The flat is very secure with 24hr cctv outside of the property.

I am a young professional who lives a fairly quiet life. I love a clean neat space so would like to find someone who is also quite clean. My preference would be someone that does not work from home. No Couples.

N. B.- there is one flight of stairs and no lift.
