Large Double With Own Toilet In A New Build House

I have a very large. fully furnished double room with its own toilet available in a nice new build house. It has a large tv, king sized bed with a good quality mattress, a Chest of drawers and two double wardrobes and space for a desk if you wanted to work from home. One Parking space is available. The house is situated on the new Gloucester park development which is a really nice quiet new build estate, in a great location, it’s a 5 minute walk to the train and bus station in the town centre. It’s under a mile from Basildon hospital.

The kitchen/diner is large with everything you’d need and a dining table and tv. There are two American style fridge freezers so everyone has plenty of fridge space. We have a cleaner once a week for communal areas, sky with box sets and unlimited fibre optic WiFi. There is a garage available to use for storage.

The room is available to professionals. References will be required. We would like someone clean and respectful. We all get on well and socialise together sometimes.
