Medium siize room for single - 3 people in house

Hi! We have a room to let in our lovely house on quite street.

About room:
It's cosy medium size bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk but no bed atm (I'm happy to help with getting a bed) There's possibility for additional storage in the attic. Room is partly furnished . (wardrobe, desk, single bed) House share price for this room is 450£ per month including all house related bills (there is additional periodical collection of 5£ per person for cleaning products).

About us:
House is currently occupied by 2 other males. atmosphere is casual but with an emphasis to maintain respect for professional lifestyle. We're running weekly cleaning rota and respect common rules of keeping calm during weekdays in terms of guests and noise.

About house:
It's located 15 minutes walk from Basildon train station, everything is short walk from us. House is freshly refurbished with big kitchen and lovely garden. There is no living room. We are aiming to keep 3 people in the house for permanent occupation.. Driveway is reserved by me and off-street parking is present but busy outside the house. There is 2 sheds in garden and bike storage in front of the house. We're running 100Mbps Virgin broadband. All bills are included in rent.

About your tenancy:
We prefer someone who'd stay longer but are cool with shorter lets and would appreciate honesty in this matter. Because of admin issue we can't accept DSS tenants. We are after single person only to not overcrowd the house. Money requirements are:
- 450£ per week
- 200£ deposit
Therefor when moving in I'll require 650£.
