Hey there,
Important!!
- Please leave a message with details about yourself; age, interests, hobbies, your occupation and why you'd be interested.
I have one lovely double room available to share a two storey 3 bedroom terraced house in a quiet and quant area of Noak Bridge Village.
This room comes with front of house parking. This will be solely yours and is included in the price.
Every year or two we have taken on either trainee's, graduates within the medical or teaching professions who are generally not originally from the area.
Female housemate is the preference but open to living with males as has been the case. Looking for people who are good natured and will treat my home as if it was their own.
Currently living here is myself a freelance filmmaker and live-in landlord. I have a separate working studio with a kitchen and bathroom and always aim to spend minimal time in the main house.
The other new housemate is Kat. Who is 46, English/ Italian who has recently settled in Essex, originally from London via living in Italy for 10 years and is working for an electrical company nearby.
I’ll be looking for someone who fits well with us both and who would fit well with my neighbours, one of whom is my sister and brother-in-law.
Reference from recent tenant Davide, community occupational therapist:
“I had a great time over the 2 years of my staying at Aaron's place. The house has all the comforts, and is located in a safe and lovely green area. Access to shops and gyms within a 5 min walk and 10 mins to the town centre by bus.
Aaron's has been very friendly, respectful, understanding, with thoughtful attention to the tenants' needs. I would definitely recommend Aaron and his place for a pleasant stay!”
