Small double in 3 bedroom house - central location

Small double available in a 3 bedroom house with 2 friendly female professionals.
I am looking for someone who is friendly and sociable but also likes their own space at times. I am a live in land lady which has its benefits. I love my house so it is well looked after as it's my home, not just a business venture. Anything goes wrong it gets sorted quickly! There are no arguments over who's turn it is to buy toilet roll and cleaning products, and I even do all the cleaning!! 🤣

House is in a central location, 20 min walk to town centre and train station, 2 minutes drive to A13 and A127. Street parking is available. It is a 10 minute walk to Whitmore Way for the bus route.

Bright, clean house in front of a quiet green. It has a modern kitchen/dining room, bathroom, lounge and a large garden which has just been landscaped. Broadband available. We have a fourth occupant, a small cat so no pets unfortunately.

Room consists of a linen wardrobe, double bed and a chest of drawers. The room is small so would best suit a Monday to Friday or someone who doesn't have a lot of possessions!
Room is a available the beginning of July. I do have a contract to make it easier for both parties.

1 month's rent and deposit will need to be received in advance of moving in. The room is available for a minimum 3 months, flexible with maximum but I do require a month's notice.

Please contact me with any questions. Visits to the house are welcome. I am a teacher so any week day after 6 or weekends are best.
