Easy roadside parking. Sorry no live in couples but partners welcome to stay at weekends..

Facilities: Centrally heated 1st floor room with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk, side table. Share bath/shower room with one other. Bathroom next to room is shared with one other. Separate claokroom downstairs for visitors. Bathroom has full bath and separate shower.

Access to use spacious lounge, kitchen, utility, cloakroom, patio, BBQ and garden. Internet, SKY TV, storage for bike etc available

Deposit, references and proof of income required. Rent is £530 pcm for single occupant inclusive of bills and council tax..

We both have busy lives and partners who do not live with us, so we are often away some weekends and have friends and partners to stay other weekends. . Both easy going but we like a tidy house and people who want to make a place a home.
