1 bedroom in 2 bed house

I have 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom bungalow to rent. It is available from October. It is a new build on shared land with homeowner.

I will be a live in landlady. The house has a large kitchen dining and living room and a private patio. Washer, dryer, dishwasher all kitchen amenities in place.

The land has electronic gates and private parking.

Rent will be £750 a month including bills (utilities, wifi, BT TVs plan, council tax)

It's a walk from Billericay high street and station which is only a 30 minute train to Liverpool Street.

I work full time but work from home A few days a week.

There will be 2 friendly dogs on the land (not in the house, owned by the second house on the land) and my cat will be in the house.

I'm not a massive partier I like a drink but don't really go crazy, I enjoy having friends over and chilling as much as the odd night out.
