Based in a quiet new build estate in Black Heath/ monkwick area, I have a spacious room available in my flat that is furnished with a double bed, plug access and high speed WiFi throughout the flat.

- You will pretty much have sole use of the bathroom as I use the en suite in my room. Occasionally guests may use the other bathroom but all other occasions it will be yours.
- I also have a 3 year old Rottweiler x French mastiff pup, so you must be a dog lover or be able to handle dogs

HOUSE RULES
One of my biggest rules is to treat my lovely dog like your own and be willing to look after him when I from time to time may not be around for work
You must also be tidy and always clean up after yourself when using the kitchen.

- 1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop which is a 5 minute journey to Colchester town centre
- Closeby to Lidl supermarket and other shops
