Parking is available on street, as well as two designated spaces behind the house, although other current tenants might be using the allocated car spaces.

We are a family business - all of the houses are owned and managed by ourselves - so you get to deal direct with the landlord and our small, but super fabulous, team.

FEES:

There are NO tenant fees.

To reserve a room, you will be asked to pay one week's rent, which then goes towards your first month's rent payment.

This secures the room in your name for 15 days while we process your application then, on approval, it goes towards your first month’s rent.

The amount paid also covers the cost of the loss should you fail to enter into the tenancy within the deadline.
