I live in a small two bedroomed Victorian property which is situated close to Braintree town centre. It is a 10 minute slow walk to Braintree train station where you have direct connections to London and a bus park located 5 mins away.
The house is a nicely furnished family home with a garden to the rear.
I am are looking for someone who is professional and is employed full time, who is easy going and will be respectful of my home and my property. You must like dogs as my home also belongs to my Cockerpoo. Due to his breed, this should not affect anyone with an allergy to pets.

4. £500 deposit.
If the room is viewed and found acceptable then all of the above will be needed before I consider the occupation of the room - No exceptions!
I will carry out background checks and a contract (which can be read before signing) will put put in place and will need to be signed before the room is occupied.
