Bright double room with own private bathroom, furnished with or without a double bed depending on successful applicants preference.
Electricity, Gas, Council tax, Wifi and TV Licence included. Water is the only thing not included and is charged every six months.
The prospective flatmate will need to be a working professional and will need to go through the estate agent's referencing/suitability checks.
Flat is located in a private gated development in central Brentwood, 5 min walk to the town centre, 10 min walk to the train station.
Current flatmate is a full time nurse.
