I'm looking to rent a double bedroom in a two bedroom house. Looking for tidy quiet professional from 25 to 40 years of age.
House is well looked after, it has a big well maintained garden. Not massive, but a nice living room with 55’’ TV, PS4, Netflix, etc.
Property will be shared only with me. I'm a tidy and quiet person, who previously lived in a big shared house, and knows how difficult it can sometimes be, to share a house with many people. That's why I think this is a great opportunity to live in a house, which you will feel like at home.
So if you respect other people, don't have bad habits, can wash a cup after yourself and occasionally help with house cleaning, it would be nice to meet you to discuss your potential moving date.
I'm not in the rush to rent a room, so I will be looking for a good reliable person.
