Two Rooms in Brightlingsea

I have, at this moment two furnished rooms in Brightlingsea, which has a bus service into Essex University (and on to Colchester town) - the lodger rooms are on the second floor of a 4 bedroom house.

The shared facilities include, on the ground floor, a large well equipped kitchen, dining room and a toilet shower room. There's a large fridge which is shared between the lodgers, a shelf each in the freezer, a washing machine and dishwasher. On the first floor there's a bathroom with shower and separate toilet room. The house is double glazed and centrally heated.

I'm a non drinker and non smoker so look for non smokers and would ask any smoking visitors to smoke outdoors, I have a cat, am vegetarian leaning towards vegan maybe in the future, but I'm OK with meat being cooked and eaten here. Next door is a family with school age children so I'm looking for people who don't indulge in regular wild parties.

I’m just 200 yards from the beautiful harbour (known as "The Hard") where there's a Chinese takeaway and a cafe, and a similar distance the other way, in my street, there's an Indian restaurant.

I'm located a few mins walk from the High Street where there is a decent but small shopping centre for day to day supplies.

There are 9 pubs/bars in the town, several of which have live music, Karaoke, discos etc, whilst Colchester is about 10 miles away with a full range of chain stores and a vibrant night life.

I'm a musician and out some evenings which hopefully gives space for you to enjoy the facilities on offer without me always there!

The two rooms are priced at £420 (smaller, front of house) and £470 (larger, rear of house with a great view)
