Double room in Chelmsford

A bit about us:-
We are located on the edge of Broomfield just a short bus ride to the hospital and into Chelmsford town centre, or 25-30 minute walk.

Street parking with sufficient space to park easily.

Quiet house / area, 2 gardens.

We are live in landlords (husband & wife) Fran is Spanish and I am English.

We both work full time. We are friendly and sociable. We go abroad fairly regularly for short trips..

A bit about you:-
We are looking for someone working full time like us but would consider retired with a pension, and possibly part time depending on circumstances..

We prefer to have someone that goes out to work like us rather than 100% home working.

Ideally you like cats or don’t mind them (we have 2 friendly cats)

We are looking for a single occupant.

We are considerate and quiet housemates.

We don’t mind someone that smokes outside.

We would wish to see evidence of income (payslips or pension slips) in return for a smaller deposit (as shown). If no evidence of work is available then we would require a normal size deposit.

A bit about the room:-
It is a reasonable size double room with bed, chests of drawers and small wardrobe. The house has 2 sunny gardens
