We are renting out our downstairs room
Which is away from our living area .
The room is a single room has a single bed , Waredrobe and a desk it also has kettle, mini fridge , microwave.
The room has it's own bathroom opposite the room for you to use only . We have two bathrooms in the property .
The room is very private .
We also have front drive for two cars and we only have one car .

Your room is next to the main entrance so coming going out isnot an issue at night .

House is 3min walk to buchursthill station and shops .
We are very relaxed couple with a 6year old but our rooms are at the opposite side of the house so no one hears each

We are looking for someone who are tidy and cleans after themselves .


It will feel like you have your own private house as the room is very private and we like our privacy so none interferes with anyone the house is secure has alarm.
We only looking for female house mate .

Please be advice this advert is for the room and bathroom you have microwave and kettle little fridge in the Room no other parts of the house can be used .
