Double Room To Rent in Cosy Family-feel Home!
Available from the 1st of December 2019. Hello! And thank you for reading!
We both have had many years experience with living in a house share, we are honest, kind individuals looking for a like wise tenant to join us. We know it can be scary, awkward, moving in with strangers but we've been there too and try to make it as painless as we can. We do like our own space too!
You are more than welcome to have guests. The room comes with an adjacent sitting room for you to use.
Use of all facilities within the house and garden. We and when at home we chill in our own rooms. We like a peaceful life! So an ideal house mate would be some one who is independent and is full time employed with guarantee of paying the weekly rent on time via Bacs.
I have a small dog whom is my sole responsibility. Brilliant if you like dogs!
No major rules other than, smoke out in the garden and pay your rent on time, clear up after yourself the usual.
We are very laid back.
