Location :The house is located behind a big park. 10 mins walk to the high road and to Chadwell Heath station with easy connection to central London in less than 20mins. About 5 mins walk to the bus stop to connect to the central line train station Newbury Park.

Parking: There are street parking with no parking restrictions and the house is close to a lot of facilities such as all the main supermarkets, gym, surgeries. restaurants, hairdressers, bar, takeaways etc all on the high road. Also just 10 mins from Romford market with much more facilities for outings and shopping.

Area of the house: In the concern with a big park at the back of the house with friendly neighbours

Flatmates: All working full time with different shifts. Therefore essential that the house is quiet most of the time.
