A beautiful room in a wonderful house

I have two rooms available for rent in my beautiful 3 bedroom house.
You will have access to the whole property including rear and front gardens and parking.
The property is a newly built luxurious house with very high standards of specifications/furnishings with a wonderful fully equipped kitchen.
I normally live in my another property nearby and hence i occasionally visit/live in here. So the tenant will have access to the full house most of the time.
The house is 2 minutes walk from local shops and bus stops and 15 minutes bus ride till Grays c2c railway station (35mins direct to London Fenchurch Street).
I want a clean, respectful, working professional(s) who can look after my beautiful house and keep it clean and tidy all the time along with the front and rear gardens.
There is plenty of parking available if you have car/cars.
It is more like renting a full 2 bedroom house as i will keep only one bedroom for myself and i will occasionally come and stay in the house for two to four nights in a month.
