Nice house, very clean and tidy, me and my wife expect the same.
Large double room available . It will not be available to couples, only single persons.
I do have a dog but she is very friendly and we keep everything clean and tidy especially when it comes to any mess a dog would make.
Currently have three lodgers who are Male and me and my wife also live here. Everyone is respectful of each other. Very nice people. That’s what I will be looking for.
I would say it is a quiet and peaceful place to live. Warm in winter. House facilities in good condition. Everything you will need is provided for cooking etc etc. Very clean house.
Very good internet connection, fibre broadband, very fast, 80 Meg connection.
