The house has got a lovely conservatory and a sunny decking by the garden , a complete upgraded kitchen and a large open plan sitting room. It is furnished.
It is a sunny and pleasant house in the middle of Old Moulsham, within minutes of the town centre but in a very quiet road. Parking is restricted but 1 visitor parking can be issued at a small cost (£25 for a year)

The landlord is living locally and regularly visits the property to make sure everything works, he is a builder so can sort out any issues which may arise.. The other tenants can vouch for his dedication to them.

The location is very nice within a short distance of Chelmsford centre but very quiet with a good welcoming neighbourhood ( Old Moulsham) close to Moulsham Street with all amenities.

There is no smoking allowed inside the property, but you can smoke outside.
